We fall in love, hoping that we’ll find satisfaction for our longings. We tread fancy career paths, trying to build a lasting legacy that we can look back upon and feel fulfilled in. We throw ourselves into friendships, hoping that sooner or later those friendships will bud to yield strong relationships we can bank upon. We soon discover most of our expectations remain unmet and begin to wonder if we have thrown ourselves under a moving bus… We can’t understand why we are unsatisfied because we try, we try and we try…yet: The fringe benefits of our friendships seem utterly delayed and sometimes, even completely lost; Our career paths get muddled up, or we end up where we desired to but without that exhilar...

Discoveries have been mostly made by people of the previous generations...thus saving lives, restoring hope in most fields. And while it might seem that we are progressing with the technological craze of our time; our mental and intellectual capabilities seem to be a little dumbed down. Otherwise, why do we witness so much less of inspired groundbreaking discoveries and much more of aimless sharpshooting? And why do we follow so dogmatically, the rules and principles laid down by men in centuries past, without even questioning their efficacy in present times? Why do we have more professionals who lack the spirit of the profession and thus...do anything but profess? I think we should be done with cramming and pouring out stuff... Let us begin to discover... Let us rise to the challenge of our time; Let us refuse to be dumbed down.

Someone has got to start...it always begins with that one person who is convinced enough to believe he has a message to pass across.  It begins with that one person. The starting point to a great feat isn't necessarily great in itself. It just has to be strong enough to stand alone because small things actually add up to form one great thing. In the treatment of cancer with chemotherapy, we often have inducers of remission, consolidators of remission and maintainers of remission. Inducers get to face the ugly growth head on...no filter. They are the only ones with that capacity to start. John the Baptist, in a sense was a inducer as well...in essence, to the world, he was what a standard induction regimen was to a cancerous growth. Many have been (and are being) sent to induce a form of remission...to achieve a reductive effect on a detrimental cause. Don't be afraid to start the change...induce...support ALWAYS comes along when we refuse to be discouraged.     ...
