When
body cells begin to lose sight of whom they are, they begin to differentiate
along another line; resulting in the formation of cancerous cells.
Sometimes,
we wander aimlessly in a wilderness of our own making, forgetting the plans
which are meant to guide us. But why wouldn’t
we wander? For astray and astray we go, seeking ‘better’ unfounded things and
only the humblest of us eventually return to tremble at the master’s feet.
‘Therefore
I do not run uncertainly (without definite aim). I do not box like one beating
the air and striking without an adversary’. 1Cor 9:26 (AMP)
The
man who wants to win cannot afford to have aimless pursuits, he cannot choose a
lackadaisical format of living and he definitely has to exercise self control
over desired but unfulfilled wants.
