“It
is better to remain pluripotential than to be selectively differentiated into
the wrong cellular lineage.”
Jer
1:5- "Before I shaped you in the womb, I knew all about you. Before you
saw the light of day, I had holy plans for you: A prophet to the nations —
that's what I had in mind for you."
Stem
cells are usually pluripotential. Blood stem cells have different pathways to
which they can become committed, on commitment to that lineage (e.g. myeloid
lineage) they can produce only those type of cells.
Commitment
without a calling ultimately results in frustration. You don’t enter into
purpose by good works, you enter by being called- howbeit, you are maintained
in your position of calling by your fruitfulness.
You
were made for a purpose; commit to watchfulness so as to be sensitized to it.
I’d rather remain a stem cell than be differentiated into unfruitful works…can
you say the same?
